Ingredients

    1 cup Onion- chopped
    1 cup Green and Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped
    1 small can Tomato Paste
    1 can diced tomatoes: Italian spiced
    1 large can Whole Tomatoes
    3.5 oz. Red Wine-your prefrence
    4 brat sized hot italian sausages (or your prefrence)
    16 medium shrimp prawns

Directions

Chop Onion and Peppers to create 1 inch chunks. Saute Onion and Peppers until Onion starts to brown. Drain the whole tomatoes and slice in half. Add the diced and whole tomatoes to the onions and peppers in a large pot. Let simmer well- Should be lightly bubbling- for about 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste. Stir and let simmer for 15 minutes. Add the red wine and simmer low for 60 minutes. Cut into 1 inch segments and brown the Sausage in a seperate pan. When browned add to the pot and stir. Last, sear the shrimp in the same pan until nearly cooked through. Add to the pot and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve over whole wheat pasta.
