Introduction
4 oz. Chicken breast1 green onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced.[or 2 tsp garlic powder]
1 cup bell pepper strips
2 Tbsp fresh Cilantro
4 leaves Romain lettuce
1 Cucumber 4" long quartered
4 spinach leaves

4 leaves Romain lettuce
1 Cucumber 4" long quartered
4 spinach leaves

Ingredients

4 oz. Chicken breast
1 green onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced [or 2 tsp garlic powder]
1 cup Bell pepper strips
2 Tbsp fresh Cilantro
4 Romaine lettuce leaves
1 cucumber 4" long, peeled and quartered lengthwise
4 Spinach leaves
1 cup Brocolli, chopped
Directions
Slice chicken into thin one ounce slices, lengthwise.
In a skillet brown chicken over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain fat. Add onion and garlic. Cook unbtil tender. Stir in bell pepper. Cook stirring occasionally, until pepper is tender crisp and most of the liquid is evaporated.
Stir in Cilantro.
Spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves. Add 1 quarter stick of Cucumber, a spinach leaf and 1/4 cup chopped brocolli to each leaf.
Wrap lettuce leaf around mixture to make a bundle.
