Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Allspice
    3 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tbsp Cloves, ground
    2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
    1.5 cup Water
    2 cups *Flax Seed
    1 cup *Flax Seed Meal
    1/4 cup Erythritol
    1/2 cup Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
    1 tablespoon Ginger powder
    2 cups Roasted Coconut Chips
    1 cup almonds, raw roasted
    .5 cup sunflower seeds - raw -

Tips

If you like dried fruit add it when you put it in the bags .. don't put the dry fruit in the oven it get too hard. You can also use 1/2 tsp liquid stevia substitute the 1/4 cup powdered, if you like sweeter add more. you can also add little chocolate nibs after it cools.


Directions

1Soak Flax meal and seeds with water in a large Bowl over night or use hot water and soak for an hour.
2. Chop the Almonds ( you can add others nuts you would like)
3 roast the coconut chips almonds and seseame seeds in oven for 15 mins or in large frying pan for in small batches till lightly toasted
4. Add all ingredients together
5. place on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment
6. bake in oven at lowest oven setting for 50 mins flipping every 20 mins
7.Than crack the oven door open a little and bake another 50 mins being carful not to burn the flax seeds
8. If you have a dehydrator, Transfer the Granolo mixture to the sheets with no liner and Dehydrate for another 8 hours . untill very dry and super crunchy
9. if you have just the oven. leave in the over for 8 hours turning the oven on for 5 mins and off again every hour for that time.
store in a paper popcorn bags.. or coffee bags
