    425 grams Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    0.33 cup, chopped or diced Dill Pickles
    0.33 cup Chopped Celery (by VOWENS13)
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    0.5 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (by KATANMOL)
    0.25 tsp Mortons Sea Salt (by LILBHOWARD)
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black


Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Mash them in a bows with a potato masher or fork.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine well. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days and make up sandwiches as you need for the week.
You can also top with lettuce, tomato, or avocado, but feel free to use whatever you like
