    1 tbsp Flax Seed-Flax USA (Costco)
    1 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
    .25 cup (not packed) Raisins
    .5 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened
    1 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds)

Directions
