Ingredients

    3 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    .25 cup Gold Medal Self Rising Flour (by ADLINS)
    12 tsp Granulated Sugar
    3 fl oz Milk, 1%
    1 tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips
    2 tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

Mix cocoa powder, 3 T sugar, 3T flour in straight sided mug of at least 16 ounces. Add in 1/4 cup milk and 2T oil. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. Microwave for 75-80 seconds. Let sit for 2 minutes.
