The ONLY way to eat cottage cheese! This side dish is also perfect for fruit lovers. But beware, after you eat it once, you'll crave it all the time! The ONLY way to eat cottage cheese! This side dish is also perfect for fruit lovers. But beware, after you eat it once, you'll crave it all the time!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Cool Whip Free 8 oz.
    Fat Free Cottage Cheese 16 oz.
    Sugar Free Dry Strawberry Jello Mix (2 small or 1 large box)
    3 Apples (diced into bite-size pieces)
    3 small Bananas
    Strawberries halved and quartered (about 1.5 cups)

Directions

Mix cottage cheese and cool whip into bowl. Add dry strawberry jello mix, and stir until well blended. Add diced apples, sliced bananas, and diced strawberries and stir until fruit is completely covered by cottage cheese mixture. Spoon into dishes and enjoy!

This makes about 8 1-cup servings
