Introduction

Ingredients

    10 oz Chicken (Dark Meat) Skin Removed
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 tbsp Sage, fresh, chopped
    1 clove Fresh Garlic
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
    3 tsp Chicken Boullion (1 tsp)
    Pinch of dried Thyme leaves
    Pinch of crushed Rosemary leaves

Tips

Photo shows the pre-cooked pot of ingredients using FRESH Rosemary and Sage from my garden. Fresh herbs rule.


Directions

Place all ingredients in medium pan. Cover with water. Bring to boil, cover, and lower heat to a simmer. Cook for about 45 min, or until chicken is falling off bone. Add additional water as needed during cooking time. Remove chicken from pot - pull out bones - return meat to pot and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 3 Bowls of Soup
