Ingredients

    1 whole wheat bagel
    2 tlbs cream cheese
    2 slices of red vine ripe tomatoe
    ground pepper to taste

Directions

Seperate and toast bagel.
slice tomato
spread cream cheese on each bagel slice then add one slice of tomato on each. pepper to taste.
Simple! :-)

    I like to scoop out some of the insides of the bagel for a bit of a lighter breakfast(& to cut out some of the carbs) &use some whipped chive cream cheese and top with tomato :) - 8/27/12
