Ingredients

2 whole wheat Tortilla
1/4 c. spaghetti/pizza sauce
2 oz lowfat Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. diced tomatoes
1/4 c. canned or fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped peppers
Directions
Lay both tortillas on a large cookie sheet. Cover each tortilla with half the sauce, cheese and vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 10 minutes or until the cheese is well melted. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
This makes 2 large servings.
