    .75 cup Chickpea Flour (Garbanzo Bean Flour) (by DEECAFFEINATED)
    .5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Salt
    2 serving Muscle Tech Vanilla Protein Powder
    .66 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    .66 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    12 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Tips

Can be made gluten/carb free by replacing the all purpose flour with the same amount of chickpea flour.


Directions
