Ingredients

    4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT)
    2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    5 tbsp Kerry's Gold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter (Unsalted)
    7 serving Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim, Kroger (shredded, 1/4 cup)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 tsp Onion powder
    .5 tsp Garlic powder

Tips

Use parchment paper


Directions

mix dry ingredients.
melt cheese in med saucepan on low, melt butter with cheese, add egg. Once all is melted together. Stir in dry ingredients. Then kneed dough in between parchment paper.

split in 4 balls. Roll out.
Fill half with whatever you want, fold over dough. Cook on 350 for 20 mins.
