Ingredients

    0.25 cup, cooked Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, cooked with water
    4 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain (or whatever brand you prefer)
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.50 cup kirkland organic unsweetened almond milk

Tips

Anything else added to the recipe (berries, unsweetened chocolate) will add to the calories and carbs, plus the sugars!


Directions

Place all ingredients (dry oatmeal, non-fat plain Greek yogurt, banana, and almond milk) into a blender, adding a dash of cinnamon and a little no-calorie sweetener if desired. (Optional: a handful of fresh or frozen berries can also be added.) Blend on "Frappe'" and serve in a cup with a straw for a "milk shake". Great breakfast!
