Ingredients

2 cup Archer Farms Raw Mixed Nuts, unsalted (.25 cup)
16 tbsp Flax Seed, Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed by Flax USA
16 tbsp Nutiva Organic Hulled Hempseeds (by CLARITEE)
16 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)
1.5 tsp Salt
0.33 cup Olive Oil
5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Tips
Stores well in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer.
Directions
Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add the eggs and the olive oil and mix thoroughly. Add the eggs and the olive oil and mix thoroughly.
Put the mixture in a parchment lined loaf pan and use a spatula to push the mixture evenly into the pan, insuring a smooth top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until a hollow sound results when the bottom of the loaf is tapped.
The nut mixture could include pecans, pine nuts, hazel nuts or any combination you desire.
A seed alternative might include poppy seeds.
This item will keep in the fridge for 1 week or keeps very well in the freezer.
