Ingredients

2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
1 small Onions, raw
.5 tsp Pepper, black
0.25 tsp Goya Adobo (All Purpose Seasoning) (by TIARENEE)
1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Tips
These can be served at any time of day. I usually serve them for breakfast. If you don't want to grate an onion, use about 1/4 - 1/2 tsp of dried granulated onion or to taste.
Adjust the salt (adobo) & pepper to taste. I try & cook low salt.
Directions
Finely grate or shred potatoes. The grate MUST be fine!
Finely grate onion. MUST be finer than mince.
Add in beaten egg, adobo (salt), pepper, onion & flour.
Mix well.
Pan fry in vegetable oil.
Toppings can include applesauce (traditional), apple butter, pear butter, etc.
Serving Size: Makes 10-12 , 4" round pancakes
