Ingredients

    16 oz Simple Truth Organic 100% Whole Wheat Rotini
    625 gram(s) Private Selection Arrabiatta Spicy Marinara Sauce
    1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 serving Red onion, small (by MRBAKER1917)
    1 bunch Broccoli, fresh
    1 1tsp Olive Oil
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
    2 tbsp Basil
    1 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb

Directions

Ingredients
• 3 cups uncooked spiral pasta
• 1 jar (24 ounces) spicy marinara
• 1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
• 1 medium green pepper, julienned
• 1 small red onion, halved and sliced
• 1 small head broccoli, chopped • 1 tbps olive oil
• 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• Bread crumbs
• Fresh basil

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°

2. Cook pasta to al dente and drain

3. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, mushrooms, and julienned vegetables; cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp and tender. Stir in seasonings.

4. Add marinara sauce to pasta, tossing to combine

5. Transfer everything to an oven friendly tray and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes.

6. Let rest for 10 minutes, sprinkle with basil and additional bread crumbs
