Introduction

Ingredients

    I 13 oz. can sweet peas
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    2 tbs light mayo
    ( I prefer Hellmans, but any will work.)
    2 boiled eggs

Directions

Makes 3 4oz. servings

Put canned peas in sauce pan and heat until hot.
Strain juice and put peas in a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of chopped onions,chopped eggs and 2 tbs of light mayo.
Mix thoroughly and serve.
