    5.0 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
    2.0 cup Green Leaf Lettuce
    0.5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
    0.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    0.3 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    5.0 oz Broccoli Cole Slaw fresh mix
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    10.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    5.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice

Directions

chop and combine all veg. Squeeze lemon over all and toss. Whisk together vinegar and mustard, adding seasoning or honey to taste and toss salad together with fresh-made mustard viniagrette.
