Introduction

All the recipes I found online for veggie burgers had eggs and I wanted to get as close to the Don Lee Veggie Burgers that our local Costco used to have. Ingredients

    2 cup Earthbound Farms Organic Mixed Baby Kales
    1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Flour
    .5 serving great value organic tri-color quinoa
    .25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

I made the quinoa following the directions on the box, using 1 bag. I sauteed the kale in 1/2TBSP olive oil and letting it sweat good. Shaved one carrot and cut finely. Stirred it all together and added some pepper, garlic powder and basil. Whatever you like for spices is good.


Directions

Heat a pan and put in a little olive oil, and fry to your desired taste. I like the outside to be a little crisp.
