    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    32.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1.0 cup Oats, Quaker
    2.0 tbsp Heinz Ketchup No Salt
    3.0 tsp Heinz Spicy Brown Mustard

Directions

Mix ingredients and put in a pan. Cook 350 for 1.5 hours.
