    1 cup Banana Peppers

Directions

brown meat, remove meat, saute pepers, onions and garlic, deglaze pan with canned tomatoes, add chicken broth, cut meat to bite size pieces, add meat to veggies and tomatoes, simmer meat for 20 minutes, add 3.5 cups quinoa cover and simmer for 20 minutes. pull off heat and let stand for another 15
