Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Lean Turkey
    4 tsp Taco Seasoning
    2/3 c. Water
    1/4 c. Chopped Fresh Cilantro
    11 oz. can Mexicorn, drained
    10 oz. can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, drained
    4 Mini 8" Boboli Crusts
    18 oz. can Fat-free Refried Beans
    1 1/2 c. Shredded 2% Colby- Jack Cheese

Directions

In a large skillet, cook turkey over medium high heat 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain well. Wipe out skillet and return meat to the skillet and add taco seasoning mix and water- bring to boil and the simmer until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro, mexicorn and diced tomatoes.
Please crusts on baking sheet. Spread refried beans evenly among them leaving a 1/4" border around the edges. Top beans evenly with meat mixture and cover with cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese melts.
Serves 8- serving size is one half pizza.
