Ingredients

    2 cup Bush's Garbanzos (chickpeas)
    3 large Hard Boiled Egg
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    0.15 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Fresh cilantro (by JAMIERDH)

Tips

The recipe can be doubled or tripled if serving more people or if you just want extra for other meals. Italian dressing works good too.


Directions

Slice hard boiled eggs and set aside. Mix all other ingredients in a medium bowl and place eggs on the top. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving. This will keep in refrigerator for up to a week if covered tightly.
