Ingredients

    24 oz Ground beef, lean
    3 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    793 grams Crushed Tomatoes
    4 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    0.5 tsp McCormick Celery Salt (by MEL4HIM)
    0.5 tsp Pepper, white

Tips

If desired rice could be added, I do not choose this option so that I can make it more low carb friendly


Directions

Brown beef and drain fat. Add chopped bell pepper and onion, crushed tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.
