Ingredients

16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
1 medium onion, diced
2 cup Tomato Sauce
1 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
1.5 cup Beans, black
8 serving Mission Premium Blend Corn/Flour Tortillas (by TASSY01)
2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 serving McCormick Recipe Inspirations (Quesadilla Casserole) seansoning pack (by TINA425)
Directions
Dice onion. Saute in pot. Add meat and cook until brown. Drain excess fat.
Drain corn. Add to pot.
Drain and rinse black beans. Add to pot.
Add tomato sauce and spices to pot. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Put a layer of the mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish. Top with tortillas to cover. Add another layer of mixture, top with cheese. Continue layering until mixture is used up, or you run out of space in the dish (or grab another dish!). Top with cheese.
Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven. Serve with sour cream and/or guacamole (recommended, not required).
