    1.5 cup Flour, white
    .5 cup Granulated Sugar
    185 grams Butter, salted
    4 cup, diced Rhubarb
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    .25 cup Flour, white
    250 gram(s) Cream Cheese - Philadelphia
    .75 cup Granulated Sugar
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .75 cup Sour Cream
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract


Mix 1st qty flour and sugar and grate butter into mix, then mixwith fingers till it resembles fresh breadcrumbs.
Press into greased dish 9 x 13 inch and bake 375f for 10 minutes

Mix rhubarb, 1 cup sugar and .25 cup white flour
sprinkle this on baked crust and bake further 15 minutes.

Mix cream cheese and .75c sugar then add eggs one at a time beat well. Pour over rhubarb and bake a further 25 minutes

Mix sour cream and vanilla together and spread over slice as soon as it comes out of the oven.

to make sour cream using Greek Yoghurt mix:
melt 42 gram butter, cool add to .75 cup yoghurt and mix wel.

Serving Size: makes 24 slices
