Introduction

These are yummy zero carb waffles with a creamy and slightly sweet yogurt topping. These are yummy zero carb waffles with a creamy and slightly sweet yogurt topping.

Ingredients

    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.5 cup Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain (4 oz)
    3 sliced strawberries to garnish

Directions

Mash banana
Add eggs and mix well, leave lightly chunky.
Cook in waffle iron per directions.(mine took 4 minutes)
Mix together remaining items except the berries. You may add sweetener if desired. (Monkfruit works great.) Set aside.
When waffles are done, top with yogurt mixture and garnish with berries. In my waffle iron this makes 2 waffles.
