Ingredients

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
14 oz Eckrich Polska Keilbasa, Pork,Turkey,Beef
1.5 tsp Cool Runnings Meat Seasoning (.5 tsp / 1 gr)
185 grams Asparagus, fresh
740 grams Zucchini
14 oz Shrimp, raw
Tips
1) It makes a lot, so you will probably have to make it in 2 batches.
2) As the shrimp turns pink, pull them out and set aside so that they don't overcook and get tough. By the time you pull the last shrimp out, the rest is probably done cooking.
Directions
1) In a large bowl add the shrimp, sausage, zucchini, asparagus. Add olive oil and seasoning and toss until coated.
2) You might have to do this in 2 batches ... add to a large skillet and turn to medium high. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the shrimp is pink and the vegetables are tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
