Ingredients

    1.5 serving Ezekiel 4:9 7 Sprouted Grains Bread (1 slice)
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tsp Garlic
    2 cup Bush's, Black Beans
    1 serving lime rind (by TATERS2)
    .75 tsp Chili powder
    .5 tsp Oregano, ground
    .25 tsp Salt
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving Egg white, large

Directions

Place bread in food processor; process until crumbs measure about 1 cup. Transfer to a bowl. Combine 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, garlic and beans into processor; pulse until beans make a thick paste. Scrape bean mix into bowl with breadcrumbs. Stir in rind and remaining ingredients. With moistened hands, divide bean mixture into 4 portions shaping into a patty. Heat remaining olive oil into nonstick pan over med high heat. Add patties and reduce heat to medium, cook 4 minutes or until bottom edges are browned. Carefully turn over. Cook 3 minutes longer or until bottom edges are done.
