Ingredients

    48 oz Bone In Pork Chop, three pounds from butcher was 7 chops
    4 serving McCormick Chicken Gravy Mix (1 pkt)
    2 cans or 3.5 cup Campbell's - Healthy Request, Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
    1 cup Kitchen basics vegetable broth unsalted
    3 tsp miced garlic in jar
    1.5 cup Mushrooms, canned, 2 small cans, drained
    740 gram(s) Or 5 med-lar Russet Premium Potatoes, (med potato) cut up into bite sized chunks.
    1 cup filtered water

Tips

You may add additional herbs and spices to the mix if you desire or cream of mushroom soups with pork gravy mix in stead of cream of chicken soup.


Directions

Coat chops with minced garlic to marinate for however long you want to infuse the garlic into chops, then place chops at bottom of crockpot on top of chopped potatoes, followed by both cans of soup, mushrooms, gravy mix, mixed with broth and water until mixed well. Turn on crockpot to low and cover with lid for 6-8 hours of cook time. Serve warm and enjoy!
