Ingredients

    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    .4 cup Granulated Sugar
    .4 cup Milk, 1%
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    1 serving Duke Mayo 1 Tbsp
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 cup Oat meal - Quaker quick
    5 tbsp Toll House Nestle Dark Chocolate Chips Serving Size 1 Tbsp servings per bag about 20

Directions

Mash bananas, add all ingredients expect for oatmeal and mix well. Pulse oatmeal in a blender and add to wet ingredients. Mix well. Divide into 14 muffin papers lined in your muffin tins and bake in a preheat oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Test with a toothpick to ensure doneness.
