Ingredients

.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Organic 100% Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal (2 tbsp) (by DTESSMAN)
1.5 fl oz Water, tap
1.75 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
15 grams Bob's Red Mill Nutritional Yeast - large flake (1/4c = 15g)
.5 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 fl oz Lemon Juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine flaxseed meal and water. Set aside.
Combine almond flour, nutritional yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add coconut oil, lemon juice, and flaxseed meal mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Transfer tough to a piece of parchment paper. Cover with a second piece. Roll dough to a uniform 1/16" thick. Cut into 1 1/2" squares.
Remove top sheet of parchment and transfer to a baking sheet. Dock each cracker with a fork and sprinkle generously with kosher or large flake salt (optional). Bake until deep golden color, about 25 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes around 50 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" crackers
