Ingredients

    475 grams Lamb, cook (cubes)
    1 medium Onions, raw, finely chopped
    3 stalk, medium Celery, raw, chopped
    1 cup, cubes Eggplant, fresh
    1 large Apples, fresh with skin, cubes
    1 medium Red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped
    2 tsp Ginger Root, fresh, finely chopped
    0.5 cup Ragu Chunky Gardenstyle Pasta Sauce Tomato, Garlic & Onion
    1 tbsp Curry powder
    1 tbsp Garam Masala
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Cloves, ground

Directions

1. Chop vegetables and set aside. 2. Saute the vegetables in a pan - starting with the onion and celery; then adding the apple and eggplant. 3. Reduce the heat. Add the tomato, tomato sauce and the spice. Mix well. 4. Add the lamb last. Simmer for 10 minutes at low heat. Serve immediately. Serving Size: 4 servings
