bread flour & Whole Wheat bread flour & Whole Wheat

Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Salt
    .25 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched
    1.25 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    1 serving dry milk powder (23g makes 1 cup of milk)
    8 serving Nestle Semisweet Chocolate Chips, 1 tbsp
    2 square (1 oz) Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares
    .33 ounce Yeast, bakers

Tips

be sure to follow instructions for your bread machine
use basic/white cycle, light color, and 2 pound setting
check the bread after first kneading to make sure dough is correct shape in a ball.


Directions

add liquid ingredients into the bread maker pan
then add all dry ingredients keeping sugar away from yeast.
Place in to pan according to list of ingredients with yeast last
