    5 large egg,s
    2/3 cup half and half
    1-1/2 cup shredded cheese
    1 Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust

This is a full calorie recipes. You can skinny-it-up by using low fat cheese and fat free half and half.


Directions

Turn oven to 350-degrees. Using thawed, room temperature pie crust, fit dough into 9-10" pie pan. For basic quiches, add 1/2 the cheese, filling of your choice, the remainder of the cheese, and the custard mixture, filling it to top of crust. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until brown and custard is set when knife is inserted in middle.
