Introduction

This is such a quick and easy meal. This is such a quick and easy meal.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    4 White Potatoes
    Barbeque Sauce
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Makes 8 packets
First peel the potatoes, slice them, and seperate into 8 even piles sprinkle some salt and pepper on potatoes.
Then Cut the Chicken breasts in half.
Once everything is cut, take out aluminium foil for the packets.
Cut 8 pieces of aluminum foil ( about 8x11 pieces).
Take a teaspoon of bbq sauce and spread in middle of foil.
Then place chicken breast ontop of the bbq sauce.
Take another teaspoon of bbq sauce and spread on top of chicken breast. Place sliced potatoes on top of chicken, and close foil packet up.
Repeat for other chicken.
Place on grill or in oven for about 10-15 minutes.

    Incredible!
    Was quick and easy but very yummy! I put them in the oven instead at 400 degrees and they took about 45 minutes to get done. Kids loved it too! - 1/21/11

    This was a quick and simple way to get a whole meal for one. Except the chicken didn't taste like barbecue sauce, kind of disappointing. But all in all pretty good. - 11/15/08
