Ingredients

    -1/2 lb rotisserie chicken, shredded
    -2 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits
    -1 clove Garlic
    -3 tbsp Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing
    -1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    -1/4 cup shredded Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese
    -1 cup chopped Broccoli (I use our leftover roasted broccoli from a prior dinner that week)

Tips

FInd the lower carb cheeses (usually in block form since shredded cheese may contain preservatives that up the carb count). Shredding your own cheese doesn't take that much time and is a way of limiting the preservatives going into your body.


Directions

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Set half of your cheeses aside. Mix all other ingredients together in a small baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake about 10-15 minutes or until it's bubbly.
