    1.75 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
    6 cup Cauliflower, Frozen, Kroger
    .5 stick Butter, salted
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    1 serving Beef Bullion (2 cubes) (by JTAUBEL)
    .5 cup Sour Cream
    1 serving salsa cream cheese dip 1/2 cup (by TARAJM43)
    4 cup Great Value Finely Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese

Directions

saute the onion, garlic, and mushrooms. rice the cauliflower by putting in a food processor. in a large bowl mix all the saute and all other ingredients. Turn into a large casserole dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes
