You can make this tasty dish is started in the microwave & finished in the oven. It's made with your favorite fish, celery, garlic, onions, bell pepper, soy sauce, old bay seasoning, chow mein noodles, and cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery if desired. Ingredients

    3 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 cup, diced Celery, cooked
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 serving ALDI Frozen Salmon (4 oz)
    1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1.33 cup Chow Mein Noodles
    .14 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tsp Soy Sauce
    0.25 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (by KATANMOL)
    1 tsp SPICE WORLD GARLIC MINCED IN OLIVE OIL (by BLAZEGRANT)

Directions

In a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, melt 2 tablespoons butter in microwave oven 30 seconds. Add celery, onion, garlic and green pepper to melted butter. Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven for a few minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Combine remaining ingredients with vegetables, except for the 1/3 cup chow Mein noodles. Blend well. Top with 1/3 cup of chow Mein noodles.
Casserole to be placed in 350 degrees F oven for 25 minutes, until heated through and bubbling.
