It's made with your favorite fish, celery, garlic, onions, bell pepper, soy sauce, old bay seasoning, chow mein noodles, and cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery if desired. Ingredients

    3 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 cup, diced Celery, cooked
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 serving ALDI Frozen Salmon (4 oz)
    1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1.33 cup Chow Mein Noodles
    .14 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tsp Soy Sauce
    0.25 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (by KATANMOL)
    1 tsp SPICE WORLD GARLIC MINCED IN OLIVE OIL (by BLAZEGRANT)

Directions

In a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, melt 2 tablespoons butter in microwave oven 30 seconds. Add celery, onion, garlic and green pepper to melted butter. Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven for a few minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Combine remaining ingredients with vegetables, except for the 1/3 cup chow Mein noodles. Blend well. Top with 1/3 cup of chow Mein noodles.
Casserole to be placed in 350 degrees F oven for 25 minutes, until heated through and bubbling.
