Ingredients

    8 serving Cheese - Feta, Crumbled - Treasure Cave x 1/4 Cup
    2 cup Cucumber Seedless Long English (by HOSTALADY)
    8 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice)
    6 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
    1 tsp Crushed Garlic (by ARCTIC.ORCA)
    1 tbsp Basil
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    5 serving Black Olives, Black Pearls, medium pitted, 5 olives
    6 cup Romaine lettuce serving size 2 cups fresh express hearts of romaine
    0.5 cup Lemon juice
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

Pro-tip: Use a little extra garlic, and rub the inside of the Salad bowl with it. This salad is best when paired with lamb or beef, red wine, and lemon rice.


Directions

Slice vegetables thin. Combine all ingredients except Romaine in a bowl, mix well and refrigerate for an hour. Toss into a salad bowl with Romaine and serve. No additional dressing required.
