Ingredients

    2.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1.0 can Cubed Tomatoes
    32.0 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
    1 tsp Lemon Juice
    1 cup cup Beans, red kidney
    4.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried
    4.0 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.5 pounds hamburger meat

Directions

Cook meat, onion and bell peppers until browned, drain. Add all ingredients together and simmer for 30 min.
