Introduction

This is an excellent egg salad that is very low in calories because I use French's Honey Dijon Mustard instead of mayonnaise. This is easy to change up adding celery, onions, peppers. It was so good with the mustard instead of mayo. This is an excellent egg salad that is very low in calories because I use French's Honey Dijon Mustard instead of mayonnaise.
