Ingredients

    3.0 cup happy harvest carrots
    524.0 Grams Cabbage, fresh
    0.5 stick Butter, unsalted
3.0 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1.0 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino
0.25 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    1.0 tbsp Caraway Seed
8.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
3.0 tbsp Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon Bits

Directions

Cut and dice onions. Saute in butter for 5 minutes. Add the shredded cabbage and the carrots. Add the caraway seeds and the water. Add salt to taste. I used truffle salt. Or you can leave salt out. Add the Aminos and the bacon bits. Boil on low heat for 45 minutes. Melt the margarine in another pan and add the flour, using some of the cooking Liquid to make a roux. Add to the boiling soup and cook for another 10 minutes. Now if you want to you can add dumplings or Weiners. I used chicken and cilantro dumplings for my soup.
