Ingredients

    439 grams Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    10 oz Wild Planet Wild Albacore Tuna, no salt (by GABAY29)
    .5 cup onion scallion, spring chopped (100g) (by !RENEE)
    2 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    150 grams Cucumber (with peel)
    4 tbsp Red Wine & Olive Oil Vinegarette, 1 tbsp (by DJFRMCHINCHILLA)
    48 gram Bob's Red Mill Tri-Color Quinoa 1/4 cup/48g Dry (by TWOCHICSENL)
    Oregano
    Salt
    Pepper


Directions

Gently stir the drained chickpeas, tuna, scallions tops, tomatoes and cucumber. Dress lightly with vinaigrette and season with oregano, salt & pepper. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
