Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 4oz pork chops
    24 oz diet soda
    2 cups BBQ sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a wok or deep skillet.
Cook on med-high heat for 45 minutes, covered.
Flip chops every 10-15 minutes. They are done when all of the soda has evaporated.

    Ok my man gave it a 10 lol i used dew cuz its all i had and it was really tasty. i have tried it with cola, but i liked it better in dr pepper. - 7/13/09

    Incredible!
    My son HATED pork chops... til I made this that is!! Even while it was cooking, he chose to eat chops instead of chicken! Next time I would use 1 c. of BBQ sauce, less sodium & sugar that way.. but AWESOME!! I used Diet Coke for mine. - 5/10/13

    My question is how is there only 256 calories in this when there is 2 cups of BBQ sauce needed? I have sweet baby rays at home, and if I used 2 cups of sauce, the sauce alone would be 1120 cals. Is there a bbq sauce that you know of that has a LOT less calories? - 1/20/13
