Ingredients

    34 oz Ground beef, lean
    6 cup Romaine lettuce serving size 2 cups fresh express hearts of romaine
    1.5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1 cup, chopped or diced Dill Pickles
    9 tbsp Kraft Fat Free Thousand Island dressing
    1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

2 lb Ground beef
2 tsp Sea salt
1 tsp pepper
16 oz Romaine lettuce (or iceberg if desired)
1 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 cup Pickles (diced)
1 cup fat free thousand island.

Instructions
Cook ground beef in a skillet over high heat. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Stir fry, breaking up the pieces with a spatula, for about 7-10 minutes, until the beef is browned and moisture has evaporated.

Combine the remaining salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add the ground beef. Toss with dressing.

Serving Size: This is a double version of the recipe I used, makes 8 servings, 1.5-2 cups each.
