Ingredients

    2 tsp Cumin seed
    3 tbsp Peanut Oil
    2 tbsp Lemon juice
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.35 tbsp Table Salt
    1036 gram(s) Potato - Plain Baked Russet Potato
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    2 tsp Black Mustard Seeds (by YMYSELF)
    1.5 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Tips

It helps if you boil the potatoes ahead of time, let sit in strainer for 2-3 hours to cool, then peel and cube.

Directions

Fry the seeds in oil for a minute, add potatoes, fry in pan until desired brownness, broil if desired.

Next add cayenne and lemon juice, stir, serve.

Makes about 13, 1/2 cup servings.
