Ingredients

    3.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    4.0 tsp Garlic
    5.0 serving delgrosso pepperoni flavor pasta sauce
    2.0 cup Hanover Riced Cauliflower
    32.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2.5 serving casa mamita diced tomatoes with green chilies
    8.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

Directions

Thinly slice zucchini, cook in pan for a few minutes until desired consistency. Cook chicken in preferred method. Add the riced cauliflower to the pan with the zucchini, add garlic, let all cook for a few minutes. Add pasta sauce and cheese. When chicken is done, chop and add to the pan as well. Enjoy!
