Ingredients

    444 gram(s) Hannaford Eastern Russet Premium Potatoes, (med potato)
    16 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained
    10 cup, chopped Kale
    chicken bouillon

Tips

after adding kale, just continue to cook until potatoes are soft.


Directions

brown sausage in big soup pot until cooked through. then peel and chop potatoes about 1.2" chunks and add to pot. fill with several cups of water probably about 15 cups of water, when you put in your kale it will need to be fully submerged. and chicken bouillon to taste, 1 tblsp is enough for 2 cups of water so about 7 tblsp.
