Ingredients

    12 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 tsp Garlic
    .5 tsp Oregano, ground
    .5 tbsp Parsley, dried
    .5 tsp Rosemary, dried
    .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    2 fl oz Water, tap

Tips

This recipe is not used by me for a full beef and butter fast. It is simply used as a low carb meal option. Find the real beef and butter fast online if you want more info.


Directions

Fry up your ground beef
Mix in your minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried parsley, dried rosemary, dried thyme, ground nutmeg, salt and pepper with a few teaspoons of water
Divide your beef in half and reheat each bowl with 3 teaspoons of butter.
***Butter not calculated here, because I don't always add the full amount. Don't forget to track it too!
